This is my final front cover for my college magazine. I kept everything basically the same as my first mock up as i liked the design. I added an extra headline in 'UCAS- how to be successful in your application'. I also changed the font of each element to Soho pro. I felt this was more appropriate for a college magazine and helped it to stand out.
Hannah, this is a good start to your coursework component of the course. I really like the front cover, and feel that it's only a draft or two away from a very professional looking piece of work.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few things that you can do to improve your work:
- learn and make use of media terminology whenever it is relevant
- Post more drafts of your work during the photoshopping process in order to demonstrate how it's developed as you've gone along.
- Get some audience feedback on your final products and maybe even produce a draft based on any suggestions that are made.
Keep up the good work and you'll be really pleased with the grade that you achieve at the end of the year :-)
